Production and delivery
HBNI products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners. Production time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates, available destinations and applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping charges
Free shipping is available on eligible orders over CAD $100 to Canada and the USA, as reflected at checkout. For other orders, shipping charges are displayed before payment. Taxes and any applicable import duties are separate unless checkout states otherwise.
Multiple shipments
Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels. Tracking information is provided when available.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your shipping details before ordering. Email us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible once production or dispatch begins. Contact us if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier.

Made-to-order products
Our products are made to order. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or colour selected by the customer. Please review the size guide and product details before ordering. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, email us as soon as possible with your order number, a description and clear photos. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where warranted. Do not send items back without contacting us first; we will provide instructions if a return is needed.
Cancellations
Email us promptly to request a cancellation or change. We cannot guarantee a cancellation once production begins. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional processing time. We will confirm the amount and any return instructions by email.
