Using the HBNI store

These terms apply to your use of the HBNI online store and purchases from it. You must have the legal capacity to place an order or permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate order and contact information and use the store lawfully.

Products and orders

Products are made to order through fulfillment partners. Screen settings can affect displayed colours. Refer to product descriptions and size guides before ordering. Availability, prices, taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.

HBNI branding and original store content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Policy updates apply prospectively; the terms provided when you ordered govern that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
